How a good search
actually runs.

STEP 01

Intro call

30 minutes. We want to understand where you are, what you've actually done (not what your CV says), and what you're really looking for next. No pitching, no pressure.

STEP 02

Mandate match

If there's a live mandate that fits, we'll walk you through it properly — sponsor, team, strategy, comp range, process timeline. If there isn't one right now, we'll tell you and stay in touch when something real comes up.

STEP 03

Prep, not polish

Before every round we brief you on the team you're meeting, recent deals, what they're actually testing for, and what tripped up the last candidate. You go in ready.

STEP 04

Debrief — both ways

After each round, we get feedback from them and we give our read to you. If it's a no, you learn something. If it's a yes, we move fast.

STEP 05

Offer & landing

We negotiate on your behalf, not theirs. And we don't disappear on day one — we check in after you start, because a bad match costs everyone.
